Mothering the Individual Growth
Maternal Mapping starts by understanding two interconnected axes of evolution:

Horizontal axis of evolution is our past, present and future and defines our inner awareness. Acknowledging past and present experiences that you store inside of you can change your perception of life and evaluate your boundaries, your senses, and your beliefs. The work is to learn how to find a way to be open and receptive to the reality of life that is coming in to you. To be comfortable with the uncomfortable that shapes your reality and reach a state of mind of non-attachment. To learn discernment and act accordingly. By learning to honor, accept and respect reality, we automatically learn how to expand our being. It is taking back our sovereignty in our life.
Vertical axis of evolution are levels of consciousness. We learn how to be witness of our inner thoughts, unlocking consciousness towards our physical body, our psychical body (our mental plane and our emotional plane which shapes our personality), and our subconscious mind. It will give us the power to reach a better understanding of how we operate and learn how to listen to which inner voices are aligned with our true self. To own the power of our choices and to understand the real meaning of self-discipline, will get us closer to our supraconscious state of mind.

Maternal Mapping results in an understanding of our ‘current state’ but also a direction towards our true potential. Maternal mapping is here to bring back the movement into our lives, closer to our true self, detached from our past trauma, our present inner mental interactions, and our worries of the future. Materal Mapping can provide the path, and an openness and willingness to be vulnerable will be necessary to explore it.

Physical Assessment
How far have you been from your natural balance?

In Ayurveda we understand and follow nature. We are made of different combinations of five elements which determine our individual constitution.
In ayurveda, to maintain a harmonious and functional healthy body, we look at our whole system: digestion, sleep, emotions, physical features, etc.
